When will I get my tickets? As a rule your tickets will be dispatched 2 weeks prior to the event date. If there are any exceptional circumstances, you will be notified by separate e-mail. Please note, there can be several months between your booking and the actual Ticket Dispatch date. Therefore we suggest that you keep this Booking Confirmation in a safe place where you can find it. Please feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone call if you have any further queries, or when your tickets have not arrived within 7 days of the event date.
